"The Tenant Disassociation" Recap

It's a typical Friday night inside Apartment 4A. Sheldon, Amy, Leonard, Raj, Howard and Bernadette are gathered in the living room for Chinese food night. Penny defies Sheldon's rigid schedule when she enters late with a hot pastrami sandwich from the food truck parked outside. Sheldon complains that the smell ruins the Chinese cuisine experience, but the aroma arouses the interest of the others. Amy, always the peer mediator, argues that the Chinese may have invented the sandwich. Their dish's name, roujiamo, translates "meat between bread" so, from a certain point of view, they all are dining on Chinese food. Sheldon and Amy debate back and forth over the definition of bread while the others sneak away. In a rare moment Sheldon admits he may have been wrong and Amy could be right.
Later that evening, Sheldon continues to be distracted by the food truck. The delicious scent wafts through Sheldon and Amy's apartment, but he refuses to give in to temptation. Instead, he quashes the desire by abusing his power as the sole member and president of the Tenants' Association to request the truck vacate.
The next morning, Penny and Leonard discover a complaint caused the savory sandwich truck's relocation. The married couple realize Sheldon must have been the cause, but when they confront him they discover the malfeasance in office and call for a vote of no confidence in the Tenant's Association president. Penny and Leonard vote for his removal, but Sheldon foils their attempt by bribing Amy with a joint shower if she votes for him.
Later, Amy visits Penny and Leonard. She explains she can't betray her fiancé, but all they need to do is find another tenant to vote against Sheldon. They attempt to follow this plan, however, their campaigning efforts  are for naught. Instead they argue that Sheldon is not a tenant since his name does not appear on the leases for either apartment, but Sheldon reveals residency of at least 30 days, in California, makes him a tenant. Amy believes Sheldon is being irresponsible with his power and switches her vote to Leonard for president. Leonard's victory is short lived when Sheldon discovers his consolation is he can continuously criticize the new president.
Meanwhile, Raj and Howard have been enjoying some rest and relaxation in Howard's hot tub, but are interrupted by Raj's discovery of a downed drone next to them. Upon examination, the drone needs repaired and Howard obliges. The two friends test the drone's functionality when Bernadette suggests they check the video card for clues to the original owner's identity. There's only seconds of footage, but a young woman has a pin on her shirt from the Comic Center of Pasadena.
Howard and Raj travel to Stuart's shop to show him the footage. Stuart recognizes her and directs them to how to find her. Raj begs Howard, and he agrees, to let him return it so he can have a chance at love. When Raj returns the drone his charm works and he gets her number, but sabotaged himself when she reviews the footage and sees him commenting about impregnating her.
